Presenters Guide

Access the Workshop 2024 Presenters Dashboard and Review Your Profile Information

pre-workshop Preparation

  • Log in to the Presenters Dashboard
    • Approved presenters can create an account by clicking ‘forgot password’ and entering the email address used with their proposal submission.
    • Please login to view your session details, complete the presenters agreement, manage presenter profiles, and more.

Session Materials 

NJSBA promotes a sustainable conference and has worked to lower its carbon footprint.  As such, we are asking for the sessions to be paperless when possible.       

  • Upload your materials by Oct. 11, 2024 to the Presenters Dashboard.
  • You are responsible for printing any materials that you would like to share with the attendees.  
  • Session materials will display to attendees on the Workshop web and mobile app agenda 90 minutes before start time.

WHen you arrive to Present

Room Setup 

You are responsible for bringing your own laptop or digital device for your presentation.

The Group Session room setup will include:  

  • Wireless internet access for presenters and attendees.  
  • A screen and LCD projector (if you have a MAC or a device that does not have a HDMI port, please bring your own dongle/adapter)
  • A podium, microphone, and head table with four chairs. 
  • Theater-style seating to maximize room capacity. 

The Action Lab room setup will include:  

  • Wireless internet access for presenters and attendees.  
  • A screen and LCD projector (if you have a MAC or a device that does not have an HDMI port, please bring your own dongle/adapter).
  • A podium, microphone, and head table with four chairs. 
  • Round tables designed for small group activities (30-60 attendees). 

The Learning Lab room setup will include:  

  • Wireless internet access for presenters and attendees.  
  • A screen and LCD projector (if you have a MAC or a device that does not have an HDMI port, please bring your own dongle/adapter)
  • A podium, microphone and head table with four chairs. 
  • Classroom-style seating.

Check In on Presentation Day 

  • Every presenter must check in with NJSBA staff members 30 minutes prior to the session’s start time. The presenter check-ins will be centrally located on the 3rd and 4th floors.  
  • All presenters/speakers must report to the Workshop Registration area located outside of HALL D prior to checking in for their session. You must have your WORKSHOP 2024 badge with you when you check in for your session.  

School Law Forum Presenters

The School Law Forum will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday Oct. 24, 2024.  Thank you so much for agreeing to be a presenter.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be served consistent with the agenda provided under separate cover. 

  • The School Law Forum set-up will consist of one large or main room (Room 403) and 4 breakout rooms (Rooms 404, 420, 421, and 419).
  • A computer will be available for presenters presenting in the large room along with a screen and LCD projector. (if you have a MAC or a device that does not have an HDMI port, please bring your own dongle/adapter). If you are presenting in the main room please bring a thumb drive containing your presentation for downloading onto the laptop.  Internet access will be available on the computer provided in the main room.
  • The large room and breakout rooms will have a podium and microphone.
  • All rooms will be set up in classroom style.
  • If you are presenting in a breakout room, one presenter from each panel must bring a laptop for presentation purposes with the group presentation loaded on the device.  No laptops are available for the breakout rooms.
  • The large room will also have a head table with four chairs for panelists.
  • Attendees will have internet access for their personal devices. 
  • NJSBA staff will be assigned the main room as well as one staff member will be assigned to each break-out room. Technology assistance will be available throughout the day either by addressing it with a staff member or texting Kathleen Asher at 215-431-9502.

Check In on Presentation Day 

  • Every presenter must check in with Cindy Harrison outside of the School Law Forum main room (Room 403) upon arrival.  First Floor Workshop Registration will not be open on Thursday.
