All proposals must be submitted via our online submission form and once completed entered into our portal.

Yes, you must register for the Workshop conference to present.

Yes, you can, but we typically only accept one per person. Submitting multiple proposals under different formats does not increase the chances of being accepted. You will have the option to indicate your interest in being considered for another session format.

We must receive your submission before 5 p.m. EST on Friday, April 11, 2025.

We will send an email by early Summer notifying you that your proposal has been accepted.

The likelihood of acceptance depends on the quality of the proposal and how many proposals are received for the session format you choose. Our review process is rigorous. We endeavor to approve a broad array of topics across the educational landscape that will inspire and engage our target audiences. Be sure to provide sufficient detail of all elements in your proposal, so reviewers can evaluate the relevance and usefulness of the information for attendees. Preference is given to New Jersey based school districts.

Every year, more proposals are received than can be included at Workshop. If you would like to be waitlisted in case of cancellations, please add that information to your proposal application by checking the wait list box.

Workshop sessions are carefully scheduled to distribute balanced content throughout the event. Requests for changes in session times and days cannot be accommodated.
