Exhibitor Frequently Asked Questions
By completing the Payment Summary and Booth Space Application forum located on pages 10 & 11 inside the Exhibitor Prospectus and emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or faxing (609-583-1046) both pages to Lynn Anderson.
If you do not hear from Lynn within a week of providing the form, please follow-up with her to make sure your application was received.
To choose a booth location, visit the interactive floor plan.
All booth packages include:
- 8’ high backdrop curtain
- 3’ high side curtain
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign
- Free registration for up to five booth personnel per 10 x 10 booth space to this otherwise CLOSED Show.
- Free listing in the program book exhibitor directory (deadlines apply)
- Free listing on NJSBA’s Workshop Website with a link back to company website
- Free listing on the NJSBA Mobile App and inactive Schedule (SCHED)
Booth packages do not include:
- Carpet (required)
- Electrical Service
- Hardwire Internet Service
Workshop will take place October 22-25. Exhibit Floor will be open October 23 and October 24 only.
Monday 11:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. – noon (attendees only)
The Workshop & Exhibition will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center, One Convention Boulevard Atlantic City, NJ 08401
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24
Exhibitor agrees to exhibit both days. Early breakdown will result in loss of priority service and a $500 fee.
Set-up: Monday, October 22 - 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Breakdown: Wednesday, October 24, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday October 25, 8 a.m. – noon.
All shipments must be removed from the premises by 2 p.m. October 25
Hargrove has been designated as the official general service contractor for the 2018 Workshop & Exhibition. Exhibitor Services Kit contains all the forms to order:
- Specialty furniture
- Carpeting (required)
- Banners & signage
- Booth rentals
- Material Handling
- Shipping – Advanced & Onsite
- Labor, etc.
- Audio visual equipment
- Lead Retrieval
*Exhibitor Kit will be available July 15.
Booths and areas will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis and is contingent upon NJSBA approval, receipt of signed contract for space and booth payment.
Your contact person will receive an email mid July – same time as the decorator kit availability – with a link to register your booth personnel.
